These terms cover your use of this website. They are not the agreement under which we deliver services. Client engagements are governed by a signed Master Services Agreement, Statement of Work and Data Processing Agreement.

1. Agreement to these terms
This website at www.bridgecorpcommunication.com is operated by BridgeCorp Intervia Private Limited, a company registered in India (company number: to be confirmed) with its registered office in Mumbai, India.
By using this site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
2. Using this website
You may view, download and print pages from this site for your own business purposes — for example, to evaluate us as a supplier or to share with colleagues involved in that decision.
You agree not to:
- Use the site for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that could damage or impair it
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its server, or any connected system
- Introduce malicious code, or conduct security testing without our prior written consent
- Systematically scrape or harvest content, or use automated tools to submit the contact form
- Reproduce, republish or resell material from this site commercially without permission
3. Enquiries do not create a contract
Information on this site — including descriptions of services, delivery timelines and indicative capabilities — is provided for information only. It is an invitation to discuss, not a binding offer.
Submitting the contact form does not create a contract, oblige us to provide services, or oblige you to buy them. A commercial relationship begins only when both parties sign a written agreement.
Statements about timelines, coverage or team structure describe what we aim to deliver under a typical engagement. Specific commitments, including service levels, are set out in the agreement for your engagement and take precedence over anything on this website.
4. Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, layout, graphics, code and the BridgeCorp name and logo — belongs to us or is used under licence. It is protected by copyright and trade mark law.
Photography and video on this site are licensed from third-party providers and are used for illustration. They do not depict actual BridgeCorp staff, premises or clients.
5. Accuracy of content
We take reasonable care to keep this site accurate and current, but we make no warranty that it is complete, error-free or up to date. Content may change without notice.
Nothing on this site is legal, financial, regulatory or compliance advice. If you need advice on your own obligations — under GDPR, HIPAA, or anything else — consult a qualified adviser.
6. Third-party links and services
Where we link to other websites, we do so for convenience. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
Our contact form is delivered by a third-party provider. Submitting it means your information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Availability
We aim to keep this website available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend, withdraw or restrict all or part of it for business or operational reasons, without notice.
Availability of this website is unrelated to the service levels in a client engagement. Those are defined contractually and are not affected by anything in this section.
8. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Subject to that, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business, loss of anticipated savings, or loss of data arising from your use of this website or reliance on its content.
This section applies to the website only. Liability under a client engagement is set out in that agreement.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [India / your chosen jurisdiction], and the courts of [jurisdiction] have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
Note for review: A UK or US client's procurement team may push back on an India-only jurisdiction clause for the services contract. That is a negotiation for the MSA, not for website terms — but decide the wording here with your adviser so the two do not contradict each other.
10. Changes and contact
We may revise these terms at any time. The version published here is the one that applies, and the date at the top shows when it last changed.
